We are looking for a qualified civil supervisor with good knowledge and experience.
Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure work progress aligns with project plans and timelines.
Monitor site safety and enforce safety regulations.
Allocate tasks to workers and check completed work.
Report project updates, issues, and delays to the site engineer/project manager.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
Resolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth workflow.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience working in Doha.
2. Ability to read technical drawings and effectively supervise workers.
3. Capable of writing daily reports and taking accurate on-site measurements.
4. Must hold a valid driving license.
5. Knowledge of both English and Arabic is an advantage.
6. Good communication skills and familiarity with safety standards on-site.
