Responsibilities
Technical Support and Problem Solving
Provide technical support on solar products (panel specifications, inverter configuration, etc.)
Troubleshoot installation issues, faults, and technical challenges.
Coordinate with engineering teams or manufacturers for advanced technical support.

Client Coordination and Communication
Serve as the primary technical point of contact between client and supplier.
Provide project updates, clarify technical queries, and resolve concerns.
Conduct site meetings with clients to review progress and requirements.

compliance With Technical Specifications
Ensure all work complies with approved designs and product documentation.
Prevent misuse of materials and ensure correct installation methods.
Maintain installation practices that protect supplier warranty conditions.

Testing, Commissioning and Handover
Perform system testing (voltage, current, inverter performance, continuity, earthing).
Coordinate commissioning with supplier technical teams and client representatives.
Train clients on system operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure proper handover of warranty documents and user manuals.
