Receiving copy of purchase order (PO) from procurement department to prepare for receiving inspection and storing.
Plan and execute quantitative inspection of the materials received (Ordered V/S Received)
Responsible for segregated storage of materials, identification of containers, storage places etc.
Updating the stock register as and when necessary.
Prepare weekly and monthly stock inventory reports and submit to Superintendent.
Responsible for keeping the lay down area clean, materials in sound hygiene condition, housekeeping etc.
Minimum of Higher Secondary School certificate.
Should have minimum of minimum 1 year of experience as Store Keeper.
Knowledge and experience in receiving inspection, storing, issuing etc.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to write associated reports with a minimum guidance.
Good IT skills using MS Office
