We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and estimating structural steel and concrete projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform structural analysis and design for steel and concrete structures using relevant software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, Tekla, AutoCAD).

2. Ensure designs comply with local and international codes (e.g., BS, Eurocodes, ACI, AISC).

3. Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.

4. Calculate quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required for projects.

5. Prepare and submit BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and pricing proposals.

6. Provide technical support and resolve design- related issues on- site.

7. Prepare design reports, estimation summaries, and project schedules.

8. Maintain records of design calculations, material specifications, and project changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).

2. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in structural design and estimation, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region.

3. Proficiency in design and estimation software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, Tekla, AutoCAD, SAP2000, Primavera, etc.).

4. Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.

5. Familiarity with QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications) and local regulations.

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
