We are currently looking for Structural Engineer. The Candidate must be locally available in Qatar & Ready to join immediately. Candidates with Precast Industry experience is preferred.

Job Description:

As a Structural Engineer specializing in precast concrete, you will be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our projects. You will work closely with our Estimation, Design, and Production teams to deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

-Study client Structural and Architectural drawings to understand project requirements.

-Provide proposal drawings and structural insights to the Estimation team for accurate project costing.

-Conduct structural analysis and design for precast concrete structures, including the generation of detailed precast element plans, connections, and reinforcement details.

-Prepare comprehensive design reports for project structures and elements to obtain approval from clients and consultants.

-Thoroughly review and verify drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications before client approval.

-Maintain clear communication and collaboration with clients and consultants to address any design modifications or changes according to their requirements.

-Validate fabrication drawings and reinforcement details, ensuring they meet project specifications, and release them to the production team for manufacturing.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Master's degree is a plus.

-Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

-Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on precast concrete.

-Proficiency in structural analysis software and AutoCAD.

-Strong knowledge of precast concrete design principles and industry standards.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high- quality work.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
