Position Overview

Need a dedicated supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards. The Supervisor will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of a exhibition. This role ensures smooth operations, manages staff, coordinates with designers and vendors, and delivers an engaging visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the exhibition center and ensure smooth event execution.

Supervise staff, manage schedules and ensure high- quality customer service.

Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and internal team.

Coordinate with fashion designers, brands, and exhibitors to ensure proper setup.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.

Handle visitor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Oversee logistics such as booth arrangements, lighting, and display aesthetics.

Prepare daily reports on attendance, sales, and operational challenges.

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the exhibition.

Monitor inventory of exhibition materials and supplies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Event Management, or related field preferred.

3- 5 years’ experience in operations or event/exhibition management.

Prior experience in exhibitions, retail supervision, or events.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
