We are looking for a Team Leader who can efficiently manage and guide a team to achieve operational goals within the given time frame. The ideal candidate should be a strong decision-maker, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth coordination within the team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the team to ensure daily operations run efficiently Prioritize tasks and assign duties based on job urgency and importance Monitor team performance and ensure work completion within deadlines Check and respond to emails promptly and communicate effectively with management and clients Maintain a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration Implement management instructions accurately and ensure the team follows them Act as a bridge between management and the team, ensuring smooth communication and execution Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in daily operations Handle the team with confidence, fairness, and professionalism Maintain proper records and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
Requirements: Bachelor s Degree (preferred) Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the facility management or maintenance field Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Excellent leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills Good personality, positive attitude, and professional behaviour Ability to follow management instructions and deliver results on time.
