Mission:

Create and maintain high- quality technical documentation, catalogues, and manuals that accurately represent the company’s products and ensure technical information is complete, clear, and visually professional.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and format technical submittals, datasheets, and documentation packages for clients.

• Prepare and design product catalogues, spare parts lists, and operation manuals using InDesign and Photoshop.

• File, organize, and update technical documentation, drawings, and manuals in a structured database.

• Manage and edit PDF documents, templates, and layouts to ensure consistency with company standards.

• Maintain and update the product database, selection tools, and technical files.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and up- to- date documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or any related field).

• 2–3 years of experience in technical documentation, design, or engineering support.

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for documentation, layout, and graphic design.

• Good understanding of engineering drawings, datasheets, and technical specifications.

• Experience in the water pump or fluid handling industry is a Plus

• Skilled in PDF editing, file management, and documentation organization.

• Detail- oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good communication and coordination skills with engineering and sales teams.

• Familiar with product selection software and technical databases.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple documentation projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or basic CAD drawings (for reference, not design).

• Basic understanding of QC procedures.

• Experience in technical marketing materials (brochures, datasheets, or presentations)
