At Least 3-5 years of experience in AC and electrical maintenance, with proven multitasking capabilities.
Asian Nationality preferable
Professional degree or equivalent certification.
Must have NOC and QID transferable
Diagnose faults and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Replace or repair defective components, such as Motors, compressors, and thermostats.

Assist with building maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing building systems and structures.
