**Qualifications**

- Responsible for promoting and selling all Air and Non-Air products and services to all walk-in customers.

- Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in a TRAVEL/TICKETING Agency is a MUST.

- Ability to achieve your set sales and revenue targets.

- Responsible for preparing quotations / recommended travel itineraries based on customer requirements.

- Responsible for providing the best pricing/service to the customer after carefully comparing the rates with multiple Airlines.

- Upsell and Cross-sell our products and services.

- Ensure appropriate payment is collected for all products and services sold to the customers.

- Effectively communicate with the operations team or suppliers and ensure the customer demands are met, and the business is materialized.

- Responsible for educating the clients on all requirements and travel documents pertaining to their travel.

- Maintain contact with the customer during their travel, as well as Pre / Post their post-travel, and establish.
