URGENT HIRING – SR. PLANNING ENGINEER (CIVIL / OIL & GAS)

Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar

Job Overview:

We are urgently looking for a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer with strong experience in civil, infrastructure, and Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and progress monitoring within strict quality and safety standards in Qatar.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience in Planning Engineering

At least 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects (civil, infrastructure, and building works)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage)

Strong experience in developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, work breakdown structures, and progress reports

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project management tools

Knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and Oil & Gas procedures

Skilled in preparing planning deliverables: Baseline Program, Look- Ahead Schedules, S- Curves, Manpower Histograms, Progress Reports, Recovery Plans, etc.

Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Experience in working with EPC contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders

Ability to forecast delays, propose mitigation strategies, and support project control functions
