Job Description: Draftsman

Project Type: Construction – NFE Project (Permanent Works)

Work Location: QU

Employment Type: Permanent

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

Minimum 3–7 years of experience in drafting for construction projects (Oil & Gas / Infrastructure preferred)

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, or other drafting software is an advantage

Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings, as- built drawings, and construction layouts as per project specifications

Good understanding of civil and construction drawings, standards, and detailing

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately

Experience in coordinating with engineers, site teams, and other disciplines for drawing updates and revisions

Knowledge of materials, construction methods, and drafting standards

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings

GCC/Qatar construction experience is highly preferred

Good communication and time management skills
