Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily yard operations within the warehouse, specifically in a non-processing area away from the plants, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Oversee the loading, unloading, and organization of materials and equipment in the yard.
Coordinate with project managers, logistics personnel, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and proper use of rigging and slinging techniques.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and yard activities.
Conduct regular inspections of the yard to identify and resolve potential safety hazards.
Train and mentor yard staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
Requirements:
3-5 Years of relevant experience in yard management or a similar field.
Mandatory valid Rigging and Slinging certification.
Possession of an RLIC gate pass is highly desirable.

Additional Information:
Must be physically capable of performing yard duties, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to work in alternating shifts: 15 days on the morning shift and 15 days on the night shift.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position for a project duration of 2.5 months, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
