Ensure all site work complies with the approved architectural and civil designs, specifications, and applicable building codes.
Oversee and inspect the quality of all fit-out works, including but not limited to: partitions, ceilings (false ceilings), joinery, flooring, and tiling.
Oversee and inspect civil works relevant to fit-outs, such as minor concrete works, blockwork, and structural openings.
Conduct detailed inspections of materials delivered to site to ensure they match the approved samples and specifications.
Monitor workforce productivity and provide on-the-spot guidance and training.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in construction and fit-out projects, with at least 3 years in a direct supervisory/foreman role.
Proven track record of successfully delivered commercial, retail, or high-end residential fit-out projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction details, materials, methods, and building codes.
