Job Description:
• Receiving incoming goods and verifying that they match the invoice or purchase order.
• Inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies.
• Organizing materials and goods in the warehouse to ensure easy access
• Regularly monitoring stock levels and identifying available quantities.
• Conducting periodic inventory checks to reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
• Issuing materials or goods as requested by different departments.
• Ensuring that issued goods meet the required specifications.
• Recording all transactions related to inventory (incoming, outgoing, stocktaking).
• Maintaining accurate data on stored items, including quantities, specifications, and serial numbers
• Notifying management when materials are nearing expiration or need to be replenished.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure the timely availability of required materials.
• Managing the process of returning damaged or incorrect items.
• Coordinating with suppliers or relevant departments for the replacement or repair of returned goods.
• Submitting reports to management regarding stock discrepancies or issues.
